CARS 2 (the movie)

Has anyone seen any reviews on it yet?

Or have the reviewers not even gotten a look at it?

While there are some things I'm not wild about in the original CARS movie (ie: name calling) over all I like the message.

The previews for the next one look a lot more focused on an action packed joy ride and I was wondering if there's any moral "umph" behind it this time or if it's just a good time?

 

Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.

    I love the Mom  Movie reviews.  I don't think any of the big reviews have come out with but just check this site when it does: Movie Mom.  She goes into great depth on everything.

    This. It was DS's first "real" movie on DVD and it's on constantly at my house. I actually love it, too (although admittedly I'm not usually very picky when it comes to onscreen entertainment). We are so excited about the timing of the sequel--it will be his first movie in a theater! DH and I are hoping to find a sitter for DD so we can both take him this summer.

    I don't remember any name calling, so I should probably pay better attention!

    Yeah, the boys are obsessed with Cars, and I'm not too thrilled with the "idiot" and some of the other words they learned from it. Ah well. I'm excited to take them to see the new one. :) I have some faith in Pixar that it will have a good story/message. Fingers crossed!

    DS loves the first, so we will go see it.

    I am not a huge fan of, turn on your lights you moron.  But we love the movie!
