I feel like a bad mom already.

I'm not one to keep a lot of things. Like little things to remember stuff by. You know, tickets from mine and DH's 1st date, ect. You know stuff like that.

So I finally decided to put together a baby journal. I thought I might regret not doing it down the road. But I can't seem to find the photos from her first 2 ultrasounds!! It's bothering me that I do this...all.the.time!! I have no idea where I put them!! I'm so bad at stuff like that. I have no idea what I'm going to do when the baby gets here. I know I'll want to keep stuff. My problem is putting it somewhere, then trying to remembering what I did with it.

    I'm the same way. I am so not a card person or saver of tickets however, I do save things for the kids. I have a photo album for my oldest 3 (will get one for #4 too), you know the kind that you can put really large pictures in. For each grade I put their class picture in, their final report cards, any awards etc. I also put their personal accomplishments in there for example DD was in mall pagents so there are pictures of her from each and all the kids have their boy/girl scout patches in there under what grade they accomplished them. I stick things in the front of the binder until I have time to put it in.

    I also have a seperate photo album for each child that I keep an 8x10 picture of each years picture from birth and up. So when they are ready to leave they will have keepsakes and childhood pictures to take with them.

    I'm the opposite and it isn't much greener on this side of the grass. I keep EVERYTHING. I end up putting so much emphasis on momentos and knick knacks that I am really upset if I can't find or keep something. Even if the item is small and insignificant. Basically I'm a small scale hoarder. Please don't envy me. :/  I do hope you find the pictures though!

    take one of the big envelopes with a clasp to the hospital.  Just start putting stuff in there at that point.  ds has an envelope like that.  I have no idea what all is in there, but I know that's where all his "stuff" is.
