X factor Dress code

So I signed up for tickets to a taping and check out the dress code: 

DRESS CODE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED FOR OUR INTERNET TICKET HOLDERS! Hip, uspcale attire is mandatory. Colorful, spring colors are requested. ABSOLUTELY no apparel with logos of any kind on the front or back are allowed in the studio audience. ABSOLUTELY no t-shirts, sweatshirts, white tops, shorts, or flip flops! We'd prefer you don't wear jeans. Please dress hip and upscale as if going to a nice club or restaurant. You will be on camera so it is very important that you dress nicely! When you look great, the show looks great!

IF YOU DO NOT DRESS ACCORDING TO THE DRESS CODE YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.

 Do you think they'll allow me in? (Being pregnant and most likely with a smallish belly at that point?)  I don't want to show up and be rejected b/c I am not "ideal" for their audience....

    I wouldn't think of "colorful spring colors" when I think of upscale club clothes.  Of course, it's been 900 years since I've been to a club...  :)

    No way can they turn you away for being pregnant!  Seems silly to have such a specific dress code, but I think if you play by their clothing rules you will be fine!

    Worst case, they'll put you towards the back of the audience - they typically hand pick the front couple of (most visable) rows.

    I definitely don't want to be on camera so maybe it will work out for me ;)  And I won't be able to show up til right before taping so figure I won't get in the front anyways....I just don't want to embarrassingly be rejected from attending altogther....

    I signed up too, but realized I don't knwo what I can fit into at the point.  Hopefully something cute by then since it will be a about a month after the baby arrives!!

    Wow they are some strict guidelines! I know when we went to the taping of Dr.Phil  it was pretty strict in that there was no denim or no patterns but nothing as extreme as X Factor!
