DD had her 4 month appointment today as well. She is 26" which is the 90th percentile and 14.5lbs which is the 60th percentile. She was running a 101 temp tonight after her shots but was still as happy as can be.
We also had our 4 month appointment yesterday, they screamed for their shots and then proceeded to cry/scream for the next 30-45 minutes. After they slept for awhile they seemed to be fine but I'm still giving them Tylenol because their little heads are pretty warm today! No fevers though, I'm going to monitor closely.
Allison was 12lbs 2oz in the 10-25% and 23 1/4" in the 25%, quite a big difference from her 2 month appointment when she was still 5% for everything!
Vanessa is 9lbs 14oz and 22 3/4", still less than 5% for both. Pedi recommended increasing her calorie intake during the day because she's a pretty fussy eater and doesn't always eat as much as she should. It's kind of hard to force someone to eat when they don't want to!

Trevor got a thumbs up - 75% in weight, 50% in height. DH took him today so I don't know the HC. He got his shots and didn't even cry. What a champ :-)
pawstech09- how do you get both girls to smile at the same time?!?! SO CUTE!!!
Simon hasn't had his 4 month but we were in yesterday for a 102 fever. He's 16.5 pounds. Can't wait to see how long/tall he is. He had no ear/nose/throat infections, no strep, no flu, and had to have a blood culture. White blood count was high so he got to come back for 2 super antibiotic shots. Today he's just great though! Who knows what he picked up in daycare!

Ashton had his 4 month appt yesterday. He weighed 15lb 15oz and was 27 inches long. She said we could start cereal but i think we will wait another few weeks.
Shiloh was 12 lbs 1 oz, and 23 1/4" long. She was 5 lbs 3 oz and 18" at birth so we are very pleased with her progress. Doc said we could start rice cereal. I feel like it's a little early but I am also anxious to see if it helps her STTN. Although to be fair, he also said I don't give her a chance to fall back asleep when she wakes up, and he thinks I mistake her being noisy in her sleep with real fussing. So last night I woke her before I went to bed, fed her, did not take her out of her crib when she made noises at night (just put the paci back in her mouth 2 or 3 times) and lo and behold, she did just fine and didn't need a night feeding...and I had been getting up and giving her TWO night feedings. lol, *smacks forehead*
Joaquin was 13.1 and 25, 20th-ish on both but on 'her' curve she's doing super well. She was through crying over shots by the time the nurse left the room, lol. We're holding off on solids until after her 6 month because we have a lot of GI issues that run in the family, so hopefully waiting a bit will give her tummy a chance to mature a bit more.
The dr did suggest though, that we use Crisco as a chemical-free lotion for her dry, flaky little hands, now that she's eating those like it's her job. I hope it makes her smell like shortbread so I have more excuses to eat her cute ass up.

That is the cutest thing ever!!
Whitney went on Friday. 12.6, my little peanut. Was 5 pounds exactly at birth, so we are on the slow and steady incline.
She got two shots in one leg and one shot in the other leg, as well as an oral vaccine (which she HATED). She cried half way home and then passed out. Right now she's a happy camper, but she was last time too and then had a screaming fit for 2 hours at 8pm. I have the acetaminophen on standby.
We also got the go ahead on solids, so now I just have to decide if I want to wait for H to come home from a work trip (3 weeks) or if I want to go ahead and start now.
Re: 4 month appt.
DD had her shots yesterday. She screamed for a few minutes but was fine afterwards.
I forget her head circ. (oops), weight = 15 lbs 2 oz and height = 24.5 in. She has more than doubled her birth weight! (6 lbs 14 oz)
