caffeine in Chick Fil A tea?

I went to CFA for lunch today.  I asked the employee if there was caffeine in their tea and they said no.  So I ordered a large (i was really thirsty) half sweetened and half unsweetened tea. 

 After I gulp it down, I get back to the office and consult my friend, Mr. Google.  It appears it DOES have caffeine in it.  But I can't find how much. 

Should I be concerned??

    No. You're allowed about 200 mg per day. As long as you don't drink it in excess.

    Iced tea does have caffeine in it, but not much. I had a 16oz. bottled iced tea this morning instead of my usual "half-caf" coffee - and it was only 50mg of caffeine. My dr. says less is better...but I know some drs. are okay with up to 250-300mg per day during pregnancy.

    If you have completely cut out caffeine during pregnancy (I have not)...one time probably won't hurt :)

    it's perfectly fine. I have a large coke or large sweet tea from chickfila almost every day.

    I would treat it the same as if you'd have the equilvalent number of oz of caffinated hot tea (sweet tea is brewed hot).  A single glass of tea, even a big one, should be under the 200mg limit.  You should be fine.

    ok, thank you!  I just had no idea how much caffeine might be in it.

    I have cut out caffeine, but I am ok with up to 200 mg (per my dr) if I have it by accident, like this.  Good to know it was probably under that amount!

    I'm drinking a large unsweet tea from CFA right now. If you wnat to try something different, get a half unsweet tea, half lemonade (Arnold Palmer). CFA makes great ones!

    Unless clearly stated, all commercial iced teas will have caffeine in them. Watch out for rootbeer and orange soda too!

    You are probably fine.  When I don't know if something has caffeine or not, I usually just assume that it does just to play it safe.

     P.S.  Now I am totally craving Chick-Fil-A nuggets with Polynesian sauce!!!
