NBR: How do you get rid of a bruise?

Is there any way to make a bruise fade faster?  The nurse busted my vein trying to put in an IV and this thing covers half of my arm.  Of course, I'm so white I'm transparent, and *everyone* is commenting on it.

    ::pulls up chair::  I'd love to know if there was a way to get a bruise quicker.  I bruise like no other, I mean I can bump into a pillow and I'd bruise.  I've been tested for everything and the only thing they can find wrong is low iron.

    I hate when that happens. And you have to just let it heal, I'm sorry to say. I did a lot of Googling during my Lovenox/bw days, and there is nothing to really make it heal faster than it wants to.
