When will you start TTC again?

I've noticed a lot of you ladies are TTC or are planning to TTC in the near future. Frankly, the thought of 2U2 scares the living shiit out of me. I'm just wondering what the hellz ya'll are thinking :-P

I haven't used any BC since Nattie was born. We were told we would never have a baby. I really don't think I would get pregnant again right now,especially with BFing. I know it isnt 100% BC but I haven't had a period. I think the odds of me getting pregnant are slim. If it happens I would be really really happy though.

We won't be TTC again until at least 2 more years. Although if it happened now, we would be excited. And scared.

Maybe January? LO will be 15 months then. I'd like some time between weaning and getting pregnant to have my body to myself, but then again, I'm not getting any younger...

We are going to start trying in September. I want to enjoy the summer having cocktails outside. And I am hoping to NEVER be pregnant during the entire summer ever again. It was horrible!!

We don't plan on trying until I finish nursing school and get a job. I got an IUD just so we *hopefully* don't have an oops baby.

We're very very carefully NOT TTC. I'm on b/c and we use condoms every single time. We can't afford to get pregnant for a few more years.

We aren't trying, we also aren't preventing. We did the same after Makayla and we weren't blessed until we started trying. If it happens it happens. However I will be tying my tubes after we have a third.

We would like for DD to be about 2 1/2 when #2 is born. We are currently preventing with bc and condoms- the thought of 2U2 also scares the crap out of me!

Probably when he is 1.5 years old.

Although if AF doesn't show up soon I will start worrying that we already did.

We're not TTC any time soon either so you're not alone. I'm not on BC because I don't like the side-effects, but I'm pretty in tune with my body and we barely have sex so I don't worry too much. If 2u2 happens, then we'll be happy, but if we can just enjoy E and wait another 2 years, we'll be happy too. Ideally, we want baby #2 to be born in 2013 or 2014 because we want to focus on getting a bigger home first.

I've always wanted my kids close in age because I didn't have that (my older sister is 10 years older and my younger siblings are 4 and 5 years younger). DH is around a lot and able to help so I think that would really help with the feeling of overwhelmingness. Plus, you just manage you know?

Anyway, we're officially TTC now. I haven't been on BC and we haven't used any protection since Micah was born. We kind of figured if it happens, it happens, but we're officially starting to try starting this month. I'm so excited! I should also mention, it took us over a year to get pregnant with Micah so we're not really expecting anything anytime soon.

Well currently Im 4 days late and weve been off BCP for 2 months now. Idk if its stress or whatever but Ive POAS twice now and both negative. Only time I was this late was when I was pg with DD... And no AF signs in sight... hmm

Same here. I keep changing my mind. But I keep leaning toward one and done. DH and I agreed though if we don't have another by the time we are both 30 (we are 25 right now) he will get a vasectomy. And I got Mirena put in after Q so I may never have to take another BC pill for the rest of my life. If we do decide to have another DH will get a vasectomy while I'm KU. 2 is my limit for sure.

It takes 6 months off the pill to get your body back to a normal cycle.. This was me a few months ago.. My cycles are just started to get back to normal

We were planning when LO was a year old. With the health complications Im not sure we ever will again. I think I will be okay and feel like my body is up for it but DH is so paranoid something will happen to me I dont think we ever will again. Maybe that will change in a year or two I hope.

We are technically TTC right now. We already lived through the first 6 months of 2u2, might as well try for 3u3! If I were to get KU this cycle, we would be right at the tail end of 3u3. Yes, we are insane.

We will be TTC as soon as I can convince DH. He has agreed to having another one, but wants to wait a little while. I, on the other hand, would like to do it now. I'd like them to be close in age.
