For me i dont do lists but it seems like house work is NEVER ENDING here. I seriously get done cleaning my house spotless and turn around and it needs cleaned again. (I have 3 boys lol) So, I'm thinking ill NEVER be done completely!
I just made a list a few minutes ago....... We have lots to do since we are moving within 6 weeks of LO arriving. Ugghhh. Just thinking about it is stressing me out.
List:
1. Going to BRU today to make some returns & get the rest of the essentials we think we need (bassinet waterproof changing pad, disposable changing pads, breast milk storage bags, diaper pail), & a few other odds/ends.
2. Install carseat in SO car (today)
3. Pack Hospital bag (today or tomorrow)
4. Pack up more of the house for the move. Things we don't use (coat closets, purses, shoes, kitchenware we aren't using).
1. Sew cloth wipes (I already have all the material & supplies for this project)
2. Sew burp cloths (I already have all the material & supplies for this project)
3. Wash/prep remaining 1/3 of newborn CDs
4. Wash remaining NB clothes/linens (most are washed and put away)
5. Finish thank you notes from showers/gifts (hopefully this will be done in the next couple of days)
6. Finish organizing baby's room
7. Hang items on wall/finish decorating
8. Pack hospital bag
9. Buy remaining necessities with registry completion discount
10. Install car seat (I really don't expect this to take longer than 10 min though, so I'm not too worried about it)
I'd also like to give my house a good deep-cleaning but I don't know that it'll happen. I'm hopeful I can get all of the list done! I work FT and help my husband w/his business plus I'm starting work for another business this week. EEK!!!! I'm sure everything will get done that really needs to be done.

Oh you know, just set up the entire nursery. A contractor is at my house now while I'm at work, finishing the updates to LO's closet. Once my DH paints the trim (hopefully tonight), I can move her in and start decorating. I also need to:
Give my neighbor a key so she can take care of my dog when I leave
Finish my DIY painting/decorating projects
Book her newborn photo shoot with the photog
Register all the baby gear with the manufacturers
Cook more meals for freezer
Order my own newborn photo props from etsy
Sign and submit the papework for life insurance
Deep clean my house
I'll be lucky if I get this all done before she arrives since I continue to work full time. Oh well, we'd be fine if she arrived tomorrow - we have the important stuff done.

install carseat, set up crib, buy crib bedding set, pack my bag.. pretty much everything besides take the newborn clothes out of the attic, wash and fold them
Man, I thought I was doing good until I saw some of your lists! Granted some of these things don't HAVE to be done, but I want them on my list so if I have time/energy they get done. Are any of you other pet owners taking the pets in just for a check up before LO gets here?
I can't believe I haven't actually made a list yet. I mean I have a few lists going, but it's all so overwhelming! Anyway, here's what I think I have left.
Put crib skirt, mattress pad and sheet on crib.
Get changing pad and cover for dresser.
Buy bookshelf for nursery.
Wash baby's clothes and organize in closet/dresser.
Finish washing blankets and towels and organize.
Get first aid/medicines together for baby.
Install car seat.
Put together PNP, swing, and bouncer.
Pack hospital bag.

OMG so much! At least it feels that way. In practicality, we could bring baby home today and get by, but the place is a disaster. I can barely walk around my living room for all the baby stuff. And more is arriving every day!
Finish baby's room - put baseboards back up, move furniture into place, rebuild closet, put clothes and diapers away, buy chair and ottoman, find curtains, install blinds when they arrive, decorate
Clean the entire house - rather hire someone to clean entire house
Get electrician in to do some work in the attic so we can get the floor put back together and actually move the crap that we don't have room for up there (the stuff that used to be in the baby's room)
Pay doula
Pack hospital bag
Install car seat
Wash remaining few loads of baby clothes
Return stuff I don't need/want
Finish thank you notes for shower (really slow going - carpal tunnel let's me write about 1/2 a note at a time

but yeah there's really nothing super important left to do. We'll do one more big cleanup of the house but aside from that most of the stuff I saw on PP lists is done...
I do have to get my shower thank-yous done though...my hands get tired so quickly from the stiffness in my joints.

-Get bouncer, swing, infant tub and Moby wrap out of the basement and cleaned.
-Finish painting baby's bookcase and (finally) get nursery finished.
-Finish art for nursery walls.
-Get pump out and check to make sure all parts are still in good working condition (it's only been six months, so they ought to be.). Re-wash bottles, nipples and rings.
-Move changing pad and recliner from DS' room into new baby's room.
-Buy and install ceiling fan in nursery.
There is other stuff I wanted to do before the baby comes that I probably won't get to -- some rooms I wanted to paint, landscaping I wanted to do, etc. I really don't know where time has gone with this pregnancy.
Find a pediatrician (yeah I know, really should have been done by now!)
Buy all the stuff we didn't get at the shower we still need
Pack the hospital bag
Get the house ready because my mom and brother will be staying with us
I'm going to put my foot down with DH this weekend and tell him no more house projects until the baby list is taken care of, were getting too close now to keep putting all this stuff off.

set up pack and play so pups can get used to it being in my bedroom
ALthough it seems long - it totally seems do-able to me in a short amt of time (minus my work-paperwork). We have had a lot going on these weeks with my surgery, flooding in basement and now the loss of Dhs grandfather...all of this seems not so bad given what's been going on to keep us busy and distracted. Thank Goodness!

Finish thank you notes for shower (really slow going - carpal tunnel let's me write about 1/2 a note at a time
- Baby shower (this Sunday)
- Fill in any holes in baby gear still remaining
- Clean/organize the house
- Buy a new car that baby will fit in (I've really been dragging my feet, but my husband's fits the carseat so we have one to use if she comes early)
At Home: hook up baby monitor, buy some more baby clothes and give the nursery a really good cleaning.
At work: a ton! Basically get my classroom organized, my IEPs written and a list made for the aides for finish when I'm out.
We have to...
Install the carseat
Finish packing my hospital bag
Buy a breast pump
Do a good once over of the house
Bring up cradle and wipe it down
Plant my flowers (hopefully this week)
Clean out my car (dust it, vacuum it, etc.)
Make some freezer meals
...this list is making me a little nervous now. I kept thinking I was way ahead of the game, but I guess not so much.
DH is installing the car seat today.
I may look into getting a nursing bra. That is about it.
BLOG
-Get a few little odds and ends (nipple creams, breast pads, ect). I will get this done this weekend.
-Go to Baby Basics class (Thursday)
-This sounds crazy, but I really want to re-wash all the sheets and blankets and curtains again so they smell "fresh"
-Figure out the best way to organize all the hair bows and bands I ordered. They should be here on Friday, so this will be my other weekend project.
have the baby! LOL

- Donate a bunch of clothes
- Fold and put away a bunch of clothes (laundry isn't my strong suit. lol.)
- Install the car seat
- Pack hospital bag
- Buy a few nursing supplies
- Relax, lol.
Here I go:
*Take out everything in the nursery that can be moved so it can be painted
*Hire someone to paint nursery, master bedroom and master bath. This also requires cleaning up the master bedroom so that a stranger can be in there
*Put furniture back in nursery and secure the drop down crib with the stabilization kit that came from the manufacturer
*Buy curtain rod for the bathroom and the nursery
*clean the glider (hand me down)
*Buy and install safety gate because I have a fear I will fall down the stairs with baby in my arms (I'm crazy)
* Wash all 0-3 month clothing and put away in nursery
* write all thank you notes from shower
* Clean out cars. Get cars inspected and registered and all necessary work take care of so cars do not break down on way to hospital
*install car seat bases
*pack hospital bag and everything that goes with it (play list for labor and delivery.. buy all the nursing stuff I will need
If there is time:
*get the rest of the stuff off of registry from BBB, but nothing is crucial
* Call Diaper service a couple of weeks before due date to get ready for cloth diapers
There is so, so much more, but I just don't care anymore.. it will eventually get done, even if it is after she is here!
Think thats mostly it!
