I did Weight Watchers years ago and was pretty successful with it. Can anyone recommend any good snack ideas? For the life of me, I can't remember what I ate before.
The list above is for the old points system. If you are doing the new points, things are slightly different. Fruits are all 0 points but some things, like 96% FF popcorn have gone up.
I did it after DS#1 and lost all of the preg weight, and now I am on it again, and as pp said, it is TOTALLY different and I am quite confused. The best part is that fruit and veggies are 0 points, so you can eat that for snacks guilt free. Everything else has gone up. For snacks I have carrots and peanutbutter, melba toast and laughing cow cheese, fat free 100 cal popcorn, fiber one bars, lite yogurt, lite bagels with sugar free jelly
