Sorry if you read this in 2nd tri, I probably should of posted here.

We just got our 12wk nt scan results in! Our risk for downs is 1 in 55,774 and tri is less than 1 in 100,000. She said they were excellent #s!  I'm 36 thought this was good news and wanted to share to keep others thinking positive since they say us over 35 are a higher risk. We opted out of the cvs and amnio from the start and still plan to not have them.

    Great news !!! I'm very happy for you :)  I'm 37 and now at 8 wk.  I will ask my doctor for an NT Scan.

    thanks I keep hearing how great the #s are, does anyone know what is normal? or coinsidered safe? I don't know much about this stuff at all
