  Can't go wrong with any of them...they all are fantastic! Tessa was a top choice of mine so that's my pick, but Celia comes in a close second.

  Great names! I prefer Cecelia and I think that it sounds better with Judith. I like Celia but I think that Celia Joy sounds better than Celia Judith.

  Strongly dislike Tessa.

  Celia is okay, prefer Cecilia though.

  Greta sounds like a dog's name, sorry.  I honestly picture a large Newfoundland or Saint Bernard.
