I just got back from my OB and we heard the baby's hb. It took her a minute to find it and I could feel the tears well up in my eyes but then there it was nice and strong 
Last time at 13wks 3days I found out I lost my baby and it was the worst day of my life. This time everything is going perfect. I am finally believing that I will be taking home my first baby in November! Second trimester... finally!
