P/SAIFW- What is this?

What does P/SAIFW mean? I can't find it in any of the glossaries. I've seen this in multiple siggys and seen it referenced in some posts. I'm afraid by replying to someone's post I may be violating some etiquette.

    It means Pregnant/Success After Infertility Welcome. Basically a way to say that those who have been there and done that are welcome to chime in and give their 2c.
