Father's Day

Just wondering if any of you have started thinking about Father's Day?  What are you planning on doing for your husband?

    I'm going super cliche and getting some prof pics done with her holding painted letters that spell out Dad. He'll love it and since she's been born he wants to spend all weekend hammering nails into the walls for frames. Double points for getting him pics and giving him an excuse to use a hammer.

    We've decided not to do gifts for Mother's Day or Father's Day. Instead we just plan to spend the day as a family. H said he wants us to pack some fishing poles, a picnic, and head to the mountain for hiking and fishing. Hopefully the weather is nice, otherwise we'll be stuck in the house watching movies.

    Someone on here last week showed us the "Super Dad" book from the "Flatten Me" website (can't find the link right now). I was thinking of doing that, and then I bet we'll do something fun - dinner, indoor go-karts, etc.

    I am planning on going fishing with him, baby girl and maybe his dad and brother...hopefully it will be nice out Wisconsin is so unpredictable! Then probably a dinner with the rest of the family!

    I had thought about it but did not really know yet what I was going to give him.  Sounds like everyone else though have some great ideas.  The fishing idea is really cool.  My DH always talks about going fishing but we never seem to have the time so I may suggest that and we can all go as a family.  I will have to go buy a big umbrella for DD and I.
