  If you go into the store, you can sign up at customer service to get on their mailing list. I assume that if you are registered with them, that they mail the coupons out anyway. Otherwise they have promos where they give them out when you make a purchase at a certain time. Blind luck really.

  My local BRU hands them out like candy. They give you a few everytime you buy something. If you have trouble finding them you can usually find a ton on Ebay.

  I got a bunch a few weeks ago when I went into the store and purchased something.  The past couple times I've been there they haven't handed out anything though.  I guess it's hit or miss.

  I grab a few when the stingy old witch cashier never gives me any no matter how much I spend. They are kept right next to each register at our store, so I swipe a few.
