I just joined twitter (am I the last one in the universe?) and so far I have one follower (woo hoo!). Anyway, my follower is some asian dude who doesn't even tweet in English. Can I block people from following me? He kinda creeps me out!!

    yes. under account settings click the box next to tweet privacy. THe only peopple that can then see your tweets are people that request and u accept. That will keep your tweets private and limited to the people u add!!
