Yes, I notice a difference. I eat oatmeal every morning and if I start to have a dip in supply for any reason, I eat more oatmeal or bake oatmeal cookies and eat a bunch. I usually notice a difference within 24 hours.

I may sound nuts but it seems to work for me. I notice a fair dip in supply when I stop drinking milk and eating oatmeal (and I eat the instant packet kind). When my supply is peak is when I make two packets for my midnight/early morning feeding snack and then two for breakfast and I am drinking 1/3 to 1/2 a gallon of milk a day. I know that's a lot but I like milk anyway, however I think the milk is just about me staying hydrated. Like pp said, 24 hours.
