I have several purchases that are not showing. I have submitted the retro-credits but nothing. I emailed them and have not heard back. Anyone else having problems with it?
for how much i've spent there and what my rewards amount should be at is different than what mine says. ?then i had made another 2 purchases (totaling almost 200) ?and the reward amount never changed. so not sure how its?supposed?to work.
someone posted earlier that they had to call to get it corrected. ?They said there was a glitch on the website right now. ?It wouldn't even let me try to do a retro-credit earlier. =( ?

You have to call. There are several girls on my local board that are having the same issue and they had to call to get it resolved. As the PP said there is a glitch in the system.
Don't even get me started on the rewards program! I signed up last month on the 14th and I still can not register my card online. It says it's not a valid number. I have called countless numbers of times and have not gotten anywhere. I've already purchased 3 of the pampers diapers and probably over $300. I am so pissed I'm not getting credit for it. I'm waiting for them to call me back.
YES!!!! I've made almost $100 in purchases and entered two separate retro-credits and it's been over two weeks and nothing. I've emailed them and have also heard nothing. I made a purchase on Friday and that purchase barely showed up today.
