Baby name....

in 1st Trimester
My brother, Joseph,  passed away in a car accident in July 2009 -- so obviously I will be naming the baby after him in some way....My husband and I have really thought about names..and one that we both like is:  Joseph Tripp Toadvine and call him Tripp (if it is a boy...)   Good?? Bad??? Ugly?? lol  let me know what you think.

    Cute!! If it is a girl you could do Alexis Jo or something Jo.. My Grandpa is Joseph and my sister used Lexi Jo for her girl after him and my mom (Jody).

    That's actually strikes me as odd.  Tripp is a nickname for guys who are the third person in their family with a certain name.  For example, a boy named Anthony Joseph Silva (III) could be called Tripp.  Using a nickname for a given name seems a bit casual.
