Hi ladies! I normally have painful and swollen breasts right after ovulation, this month on Femara my breasts feel fine. No swelling or pain whatsoever. I hope I ovulated!
I haven't noticed any difference in breast tenderness between medicated and non-medicated cycles...my last IUI my breasts were sore, the one before that, they weren't, this time around they're not sore either...I wouldn't read too much into it.
I will add a note that this BETTER not mean I haven't ovulated yet...this is going to be a problem seeing as I'm supposed to go in for my IUI in an hour!!!

Since I have stopped treatmtent and O'ing on my own, I have had very painful breasts. However, when I was doing Femara + injects + trigger, I didn't have any pain in my breasts. I think it is strange, but I'm not sure why that is. Plus I was doing Progesterone supps after the IUIs, but still no breast pain.
I am the same as you, they usually hurt right after ovulation. But, while I was on Femara, they didn't start to hurt until a few days before my period. I was always hopeful that it meant I was pregnant, because my symptoms were different, but no suc luchk. After the 4th time, I figured out it was the Femara.

Good luck at your appointment!!
Mine haven't hurt one bit (this is my first Femara cycle), and I should have ovulated yesterday or today based on my follie growth.
It makes me a tad uneasy, but I didn't have breast pain on Clomid either and I definitely ovulated then, too!
Good luck!
