Aaron is like a brand new baby today..

I wrote last night that MIL got him to bed without a fight, and that he slept there for almost 4 hours before getting up...this does not happen when it's DH and I.  She told us she fed a bottle that had been warmed for about 30 seconds (I only ever warm it for about 10, just to get the chill out).  I honestly think that is what has made the difference.  H got up with him last night and warmed the bottle that much for him, and he's gone right back to sleep every time.  He also had a problem with leaking the formula from his mouth and getting everything soaking wet.  Doesn't do that.  AND, he hasn't spit up or been fussy.  I really wish I would've listened to her sooner.  I think I was making him miserable before, poor guy.

    Some MIL's are PITA's but occassionally know what they're talking about!! LOL My MIL is fantastic but doesn't remember anything about having a baby!!  I'm glad Aaron seems happier for you now, that's wonderful!! Happy Mother's Day!!

    When DH doesn't do things my way, I try to remember that maybe he could stumble upon some secret way to calm him when he's fussing or anything else like that. I'm glad you're having better luck with his sleeping and hope it continues!
