Hi all! My name is Naomi and I had a baby girl on January 13, 2011. My husband and I have been married for 11+ years and due to PCOS never were able to conceive without a little assistance... much to our shock after having an HSG procedure and one month of clomid - we had success! We named our sweet girl Dylan Grey and she is the best thing to ever happen to me!!! I love her so much it hurts! We are hoping to get pregnant with another before this year ends! I had a C-section because she was breech and the doc suggested waiting a full year before TTC, but I am 36 years old and time is a wasting!!! My girl was 16 weeks yesterday and is more amazing every day - I am waiting for the laughing to start, she smiles so much, but I just can't get her to laugh and from what I read, now is the time - anyone else still waiting at 4 months?
Re: My first post - does your baby laugh?
What you've read is an average. Some babies will hit milestones sooner, and some will hit them later. Please don't try and force it--it will happen before you know it.
Congrats and welcome.
My LO didn't laugh until about 4 months, and still hasn't given us more than good chuckles/giggles.. no big belly laughs. Maybe we just aren't funny enough!
She'll laugh for you any day now.. and it will be even more special when she does it because of all the anticipation!
