Sort of Baby Related: If your families are in town, how much do you see them?

Just wondering if your families are in town, how often do you see them? I see my mom quite a bit since I'm home with the baby and see my dad and sister once a week (usually without DH since he's working). My ILs are in town as well and we don't see them nearly as frequently. We haven't been doing much on weekends because DH is working and wants to have DS to himself. We're trying to find a balance between letting the grandparents see DS and making sure DH gets his bonding time with his son.

Just wondering what other people do...

We got home Monday afternoon and both sets of parents have been over EVERYDAY! Although I love that they love their granddaughter, it's getting to be a bit exhausting entertaining them. I finally made a comment to my Mom about it today and last night to my husband that we need alone time so we can work out a good system.

My mom and dad live in town, and we have dinner at their house every thursday and saturday.We try to see them as often as possible because both my husband and my dad are active duty military and its by chance that both of our families are stationed at the same base, at the same time ..

Only my family lives by us. They're a good 30min drive away though so it limits how much I see them with me not working and the price of gas. We visit them every Sunday.
