I recently went to a baby shower and of course advice was flying all around with how many moms were there compared to pregnant ladies. One person said that if you're planning on breast feeding than you should start using lanolin (she suggested Lansinoh) while you are still pregnant. It makes sense to me, I just hadn't even thought about it.
What have you ladies found worked the best for you? I really want to do everything I can to make breast feeding as easy and comfortable as I can.
Re: Lanolin- 2nd+ time moms come in
While I do *highly* recommend Lansinoh's lanolin, I don't think there's any reason to use it before birth. Everything that I've read and heard from LCs says that there's really nothing you can do to prepare your breasts.
Here's some good info from LLLI:

Lanolin is like a miracle cream!
Just a warning - it can stain. Two of my nursing bras stained from the Lansinoh and I never could get it out. Wearing breast pads after applying it worked wonderfully for me.

Yes, thanks for the reminder! I ruined two brand new nursing tanks because I didn't now that it stained.
