thank you gift ideas for DCP

The head teacher at our daycare is moving overseas. I wanted to get her a little thank you for being so wonderful over the past several months, but unsure what to give. I usually do a gift card, but since she's going overseas the only gift card that might work would be a VISA type gift card. She does have a sweet tooth, so I was thinking maybe getting some yummy cupcakes and flowers. Any other suggestions?
