  I don't know which is best, but we have a bumbo and bought the tray that goes with it. I like it.

  We are using one of my friends bumbo chairs.  I like it and think it is great idea but DS doesn't likes it.  He starts crying within a couple mins of being in it.  So I am glad I didn't go out and buy one.
