Feeling a little heartbroken (ventish)

DH and I are in the midst of home buying. We found a house that we loved and was great for our family. It was a short sale ans was going for such a low price it felt like it was meant to be. Our realtor warned us that it was a ling frustrating process but we were willing to bear with it. Fast forward 6 weeks to yesterday, she calls to tellme that the bank has decided not to accept our offer after all and proceed with forclosure on the home because they believe they can get more money. So now we're out the $350 for the inspection and it's back to the hunt all over. UGH!

Aww I'm sorry. I've never gone through the home buying process myself but plenty of my friends have. I know how much of an emotional roller coaster it can be. Hang in there. You will find the house that is meant to be for you and your family.

Sorry for how dissapointed you must be feeling. That's really frustrating. Something else will come around. It seems like banks would loose more money by letting those houses sit around forever and get unkempt threfore people offering less on them. You'll find something.
