I have 16 minutes until I have to leave for work so really quick: bending over is super uncomfortable- is it for you? I try to remember to squat, but sometimes forget. Its okay to bend over right (go ahead and lol @ 1st tri tone)

Re: real quick: bending over
I've started to notice some pain (muscular, I'm pretty sure) when I straighten up from bending over. I'm just going to try to stick with what's comfortable.
I remember when I friend was pregnant with her first and came over for dinner- she was having some back pain and was barely 5mo. I asked "Have you talked to your dr? Is that normal?" and she said "Yeah, he said that pregnancy is just uncomfortable and we can only do so much about it." I'm starting to understand that comment more every day!

It is hard for me to bend over too. It is uncomfortable. I told my husband that I can't load or unload the dishwasher anymore.
Nicely played, girlfriend...I can't do that OR pick up the dog's toys. It's a shame, isn't it?
But really...it is getting uncomfortable.
Typically you aren't supposed to bend over and lift anything heavy (pregnant or not), but I can't imagine that just bending over would be harmful unless it's painful.
I noticed last week that I can't bend over as far - I used to be able to touch my palms to the floor and now I can only get my fingertips.
Same here. I have to take a wide stance to tie my shoes so that my belly has room between my legs.
