19 dpo and giving up

So I'm back and 19 dpo. I have been having some cramps in my pelvis area, as well as sore nipples with twinges here and there, constipation, watery cm, bloating and gas. I am currently 5 days late with no sign of AF showing her ugly face. I took a hpt this morning and it was a BFN. I believe I'm just going to go with the notion that I'm not pregnant. I just started charting my bbt and this morning it shot up to 98.6. I'm new at the bbt charting so have no idea what this means, or if it means anything at all. What should normal body temp be if AF is going to be showing her face? Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanx

Everyone's temperatures are different, you will just have to know what is "normal" for you. I am sorry about the BFN, since you weren't charting the whole time, maybe you just O'd later than you thought.

Do you have a link to your chart? It might be possible that you O'd later than you thought?

I have had charts where I had a temp spike just before AF, though it is pretty rare.

It's only my third day charting my bbt. I never really thought I would need any of this. I do chart my periods, and all that other good stuff though. How do I send a link for you to see it?

If you have only been temping for 3 days, how can you be sure that you are 19DPO?

Well, I'm just going by the predictor on the chart. I've been charting my period since I had my second son. They've always been 30-31 day cycles and it would predict when I ovulate. I also keep an eye on my cm and know that I had EWCM on 4-17-11. Which is when my chart said I would ovulate.

Although you have a consistent ovulation schedule -- you do know that it is possible for you to O later sometimes, right? I would recommend you continue charting, taking your temps, etc and maybe test again in a few days. If you go 60 days without AF and are still not pregnant, contact your doctor.

I'd definitely recommend that you keep charting. I can get EWCM days before Oing. I started getting if 4 days before this month. I wouldn't count on that alone. I hope you get an answer soon either way.

Some people get a temp drop the day or two before their period, but my temp usually stays high until CD1. You'll have to figure out what is normal for you. GL!

My guess is that you aren't actually 19 dpo

FWIW I usually have 5-7 days of EWCM before I O.
