Total newbie question

So I really don't want to look at my siggy pic all day long and want to just add that pic to the one particular post. The sad thing is that I have done it before and just can't get this one to go. So I uploaded the pic into tinypic from my desktop and need to know next steps. Friggin pregnancy brain.

    Copy and paste the link tinypic.com give you and when you respond to a message click on the little tree icon next to the smiley face. From there you can paste your link and resize your image via pixel size or drag the corners of your pic in the message box. HTH!
