DD pulls out her hair..Help please

How do I carefully discourage DD from pulling out a handful or so of hair. This time I know her hair was a little sticky and the other times I don't think it was before. DD barely has enough hair to put in clips or rubber bands. Even though I have tried putting headbands, hats and tried rubber bands and clips in since she was born and yet, DD still pulls them off or out. So we rarely put anything in her hair.

Anyone else have any similar issue with or corrected their LO?

    Is she pulling out her hair or her hair accessories? If she is continually pulling out her hair, I think I would talk to my dr.  If she doesn't have enough hair to put anything in, I wouldn't worry with it.  DD is pretty good about letting clips and barrettes in. Headbands- never lets them in.  If she doesn't want anything in her hair, I don't push it.

    A co-worker of mine had this problem with her DD. I am not sure what she finally did, I know she talked to her pedi about it. Just wanted you to know you are not alone! GL!
