Jared seriously just watched some Bob Ross videos online and painted this yesterday and today. I'm *totally* impressed. I hope you like them, too! I changed my Flickr settings so you can click on them to see the details :-)

    Thanks so much, Guys :-) It's kind of scary how talented he is... Back when Guitar Center used to have Guitarmegeddon (like American Idol for guitarists), he got fifth in the country... and he sings, too. Right before Liam was born, he got a standing ovation at a concert for singing Paul McCartney's "Maybe I'm Amazed" and playing electric guitar on it...

    (I mostly sing lullabies to Liam when I'm home alone because I'm musically self-conscious around Jared. I mean, I can sing, but there are no concerts where I'm getting standing ovations for it *blush*). You would think since we were introduced by our music teachers when we were 13 and 15 to compose a musical together, I'd be over it by now, but I'm not...

    Here's a picture of today's nursery concert :-) They happen so I can shower.

    I cannot tell you how much I love this picture - it is beyond the sweetest thing I have ever seen. I love how Liam's cute little booty is sitting in the sway part of the guitar. You have the cutest family ever!!

    You know what I thought was the best? that he signed it "dad" made me smile so big.  

    Its a beautiful mural. 

    EDIT:  I LOVE the photo of Jared playing guitar and Liam resting so peacefully on daddy and the guitar.

    The guitar picture actually made me tear up. Thanks for sharing that soecial moment. What a wonderful family, everyone is artistic. I understand about the self cons joys singing though, I can sing in front if hundreds but I can't sing infront of Kyle.
