I completed all 30 days of the 30DS on Friday and I'm struggling to decide what to do next. I popped in Yoga Meltdown last night and got really frustrated with it in just a few minutes. I like doing moves that I don't need to see to be able to do. I was doing the wrong thing for a few reps because I couldn't see from downward dog and she wasn't explaining very well. I liked that she could just say lunge or squat or whatever and it was easy to figure out. I also liked the length of 30ds. I have limited time to do my workouts in so it was nice. I can fit about 40 minutes or so.
I realize I can just keep doing the shred and mix up the level or what not but I'm looking for any other suggestions. Has anyone done both 30ds and Ripped in 30? I'm looking for a comparison on the two as well. Thanks!

I have ripped in 30 and it's awesome. I highly recommend. It's very similar to 30DS but it has 4 workouts instead of 3, and the 3 minutes of weight training have 3 different moves per strength interval.
Have you tried JM's other DVDs? I LOVE Boost Fat Burn Metabolism, although I've had to scale back on that one since I hit about 20 weeks. I can't wait to get back into it after my LO comes.

Some Sort of Nonsense (My Blog)
I lost 6.2 lbs and 3.5 inches around my belly button plus a few inches around my hips and chest/waist. It's becoming pretty noticeable! I have before (well day 10) and after pics that I'll add to my blog soon.
Is the Boost workout mostly cardio? I was thinking that after I finish 30DS I would start alternating it with a cardio DVD (since I can only get a workout in before everyone gets up). Or is it part strength training/part cardio?
I am also doing 6 weeks to a 6 pack, and feel like it is a great workout! Definitely gets me sweating!
