How do I change my siggy?

I know it's been asked a million times and I would search for it if the search function worked. I have spent WAY too much time trying to change my tickers and picture in my sig.....why does the bump make it SO difficult? I can't figure it out and keep getting a server error page pop up. Is it because I'm on a mac? help!

Make your site more user friendly bump gods....thank you.

    It isn't intuitive at all. It is way more annoying to change your siggy than it used to be!

    Click on your avatar:

    Click on Edit My Avatar and Sig, at the top:

    Scroll down to the bottom and add your codes:

    There's something wrong with your avatar though, A. When I click on it, I get an error message, whereas if I click on SeatlleJilln's avatar,  I get her bio information (or lack there of). I wonder what the issue could be there?

    It's the * in her sn name. I don't know exactly what, but I know other ladies with a symbol in their name are/were having issues.

    That must be why I have always had trouble with mine. I always get that stupid error message! I don't even think it's possible for me to change mine at all now. I'm just going to get a new name I think.

    That must be why I have always had trouble with mine. I always get that stupid error message! I don't even think it's possible for me to change mine at all now. I'm just going to get a new name I think. 

    I'm having the same issue.  I used to be able to do it through the knot but apparently they made it so you can't do that anymore so as of now I have no clue how to update it.
