Piccadilly Circus? Family Fun Day at Como?

Hi!  I'm a lurker, coming out of hiding with lots of questions.  We are completely stir crazy and looking for some weekend fun.  I have questions about 2 upcoming events: 

The Piccadilly circus will be in Eagan next weekend.  Has anyone gone before, or plan on going?  Just wondering if it is worthwhile.

Family Fun Day at Como on May 21st.  Anyone gone in prior years?  DS1 is obsessed with curious george.  Just wondering if there are just the characters on-site to meet, or if there are other character themed activites.  I looked on the como website, but it doesn't say much.

    i've never been to either. I'm morally opposed to the circus and the only circus DD will be allowed to attend is the Circus Juventas. Even when it's a field trip for school. 

     

    I've heard good things about the como fun day though. DD doesn't do well with the dressed up characters, so we've always stayed home.

    There is NO way LO would sit through the circus so thus we wont even attempt. I haven't been to that one so no idea how it is.

    Also haven't been to como fun day but think we will check it out this year.
