Vet Recommendations in Cumming/Johns Creek/Alpharetta

Hi Ladies,

We just moved to Cumming and our vet is in Buckhead & I have a sick dog.

I need to find a vet that is closer- Does anyone have any recommedations near the Cumming/Johns Creek/Alpharetta area?

Thanks so much!

  • This may still be a little far South for you, but we really love Pets are People Too in Roswell.  It's above Mansell Road so it's almost Alpharetta.

Veterinary Medical Center off Nesbit Ferry Road. My rescue group uses them exclusively for our dogs, and they are great. They have fabulous hours, too.

I've used Loving Hands Animal Clinic in Milton/Alpharetta and would use them again.

They have extended hours, so that is nice.

Ditto this rec as well. Specifically, Dr. Karen Ellis.

  • I live in Cumming and use Cumming Veterinary Clinic.  Its an old looking building but the vets are so great and caring and will really take the time to help you.  They have saved my pug from taking a ton of meds and are pro-active when trying to figure out what is causing the problems and not just treating the symptoms.
  • My furbabies went to The Pet Vet when we lived in Cumming.  office (770) 887-1565

We got there too.  The vets also work at the 24 hr emergency vet hospital on Hwy 9 in Milton.  They really know their stuff and are excellent.  I drive up from milton to go there.
