Sooooo... who has a bump already?

I have quite a nice little bloat bump going on.  They weren't kidding that it really happens a lot faster the second time around.  At the moment, I look like I did at 4 months pregnant last time.  Crazy ***.

I am super skinny so my bloat is pretty noticable. I only really bloated though in the late afternoon and at night, by morning it's goes back down.

This is my first, but I have quite the little bloat bump going on right now.

This!  I finally stepped on a scale and couldn't believe I already gained 1 1/2 lbs!  I was not happy to see that just yet.

  • BB here as well!

I look like I am 5 months pregnant Sad I never had this with any of my DD. I havent gained any weight though... I just LOOK pregnant already! Huh?

  • I have never heard of anyone showing at 4 or 5 weeks. I have heard of some showing/needing to wear maternity pants at 7 or 8 weeks with subsequent pregnancies. Obviously it's bloat at that point but the muscles "remember" and stretch much more quickly. With #1 I started wearing mat clothing at 6 months, with #2 I started wearing mat clothing at 4 months. I have a feeling with this one it's going to be around 10 weeks.

I went to Old Navy today to buy some larger sizes and flowy tops so that I can be comfortable with my bloat.

Just so we are clear, you have been flamed mercilessly for your inane questions on other boards, right?  So this snarkiness in response to the fact that I asked (playfully) if anyone has a BLOAT bump is you just trying to..oh, I don't know....win back some credibility?  Do us a favor and read the entire post before responding, and keep the snark and eye rolling to a minimum here because it does not seem to fit with the culture of this board.

    Yep, I do like you.

Yeah... HER response got a big eyeroll from me.  Snark=fail.

  • I have a bloat bump too. but it it not that big.  It is a little pouch that is exasperated by the stretch marks that were left from DS.

  • I have some bloat going on. Thought maybe i wasnt ready for mat pants. I purchased one or two in anticipation. But my regular pants were a little uncomfortable today so im thinking of wearing a pair tomorrow just to be comfortable. I think its exciting to have any kind of bump, granted i have a belly already but am embracing it more. Cant wait to see our bumps as we get bigger ladies :)
