Totally stereotyping here but...

as I watched a coworker leisurely stroll into work tonight, and knowing that he has a toddler and newborn at home, I thought to myself: being a working mom is a heck of a lot harder than being a working dad.  Seriously dude, at least look a little frazzled as you are carrying in your freshly polished boots [can't remember the last time I did that] and probably toting a nicely packed lunch [wait?  some people don't have to pack their own lunch?]

That is all.  I will continue stereotyping.  Flame on.

  • Yeah, with two little kids at home he should at least look a little worn around the edges.

  • My SAHD needs to step up to the plate.  I have no lunch, and I'm not sure that we even own shoe polish.

Ain't it the truth.  The least he could do is have dinner ready when I get home. Stick out tongue

FWIW - I sometimes take the long way home (about an extra 5 minutes) to give me more decompression time before I walk into the chaos and take over baby-watching duties.

You don't understand the appeal of Benedict Cumberbatch / think he's fug / don't know who he is? WATCH SHERLOCK.  Until you do, your negative opinion of him will not be taken seriously.

  • Oh it is SO true.

I would do that everyday when I was working! Horrible thing is we only lived like 3 mins from where I worked. hahahaha Gosh right now taking a 5 min car ride alone sounds amazing
