Anniversary gift ideas?

Friday is our 4 yr wedding anniversary but I'm fresh out of ideas for gifts. DH really wants an iPad but I was thinking of waiting until his birthday in July. Any other gift ideas? You girls are always so helpful :)
Me: 44 DH: 42. DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09. TTC since then with no luck or ART. Surprise BFP 8/6/14... MMC @ 8 weeks 4 days... Miss you everyday sweet baby angel.

    I got DH cologne for our recent anniversary...not very creative, I know!  I also like to get him/us tickets to sporting events or concerts...of course, that was before baby.

    WTH?  Hawaii for a 4th anniversary? 

    What do they recommend for a "major" anniversary?  The moon?  

    And what is #3?  A trip to Des Moines?

    Yeah, 4 is hard, it also says appliances for modern. This one seems more geared for women. I love the Hawaii idea, but I bet unless you win the lottery, it's a no-go. I vote event tickets, concert, sports, etc. I got dh tickets to see his favorite hockey team play (for this year), he was thrilled because he hadn't been to a Boston game in years.

    DH only likes international soccer games so unless it's tix to a game in Europe, that's a no-go too. He's not into concerts either. Told you it was tough :)

    Yeah I here ya! DH is a Man U fan (he's from there) and would go in a heart beat. Hawaii is cheaper. The only concert I've had him go to in the last 15 years was Muse. He's tough too. He also likes video games and rc stuff....but I have no clue as to what he'd need. His birthday is this month, and I joked thatd his present was his last firefighting course. We could have bought plane tickets to somewhere warm for what that cost!

    What kinds of things does your dh like? If he likes proper football, what about a jersey (that's a stretch on the linen thing). If you can splash for it, I'd go for a good Umbro jersey he can wear while he watches the games on soccer Saturday.
