as I watched a coworker leisurely stroll into work tonight, and knowing that he has a toddler and newborn at home, I thought to myself: being a working mom is a heck of a lot harder than being a working dad. Seriously dude, at least look a little frazzled as you are carrying in your freshly polished boots [can't remember the last time I did that] and probably toting a nicely packed lunch [wait? some people don't have to pack their own lunch?]
That is all. I will continue stereotyping. Flame on.

FWIW - I sometimes take the long way home (about an extra 5 minutes) to give me more decompression time before I walk into the chaos and take over baby-watching duties.

I would do that everyday when I was working! Horrible thing is we only lived like 3 mins from where I worked. hahahaha Gosh right now taking a 5 min car ride alone sounds amazing
