Prenatal Yoga and/or Water Aerobics in Omaha?

I will be 14 weeks this week and am trying to find a place in West Omaha/Elkhorn area that offers prenatal yoga and/or prenatal water aerobics.  I really want to take one or both of these classes this summer.  Does anyone know where I can go?  Any recommendations?

    You might check out Lotus House of Yoga, its just off of 144th and Maple.  I know they have mom & baby yoga and would think they have prenatal as well.  The phone number there is 402-885-7673.  Its right by Blue Sushi if you know where that is.  The other place I would suggest is One Tree Yoga, off of 156th and Center and off of 50th & Dodge, two studios.  I know for sure that they offer Prenatal Yoga.  There phone number for the west location is 402-333-2420  and for midtown its 402-551-5020.  Both Lotus and One Tree do a lot of work with us local doulas so that is how i know about them.  Hope that helps!

    Thank you so much for the information!  I am gonig with One Tree Yoga.  They are closest to where I live.  They offer the class on Sundays and have a great price point.  Thanks again for all your help.
