Anyone Know Stride-Rite's In Store Return Policy?

I bought Jackson a pair of sandals there last weekend.  The lady sized him and told me he was a 6 1/2 Wide.  I questioned her because two months ago he was a 6 1/2 EXTRA Wide.  She said sometimes their feet narrow.  

Bought the sandals, got them home and he wore them and got red marks on his feet from the bands.  I figured it was just a 'breaking in' thing and loosened them up next time.  Still leaving marks.  Have tried them several days and VERY loose and still leaving marks.

I really feel like for $50, these sandals shouldn't be leaving marks on his feet.  I go to find my receipt for the shoes and... voila, it's missing.  We did pay with debit card so we have that proof but no receipt.  I have clue what their return policy is and tried calling the store but the number just rings.

 

Anyone know, off-hand, what their policy is for returns?  They've been worn but I feel like he was sized incorrectly.

    I have returned shoes that had been worn (didn't show signs of wear though) without a receipt. I took a store credit and got a different pair a few weeks later.

    We had to return some shoes that just never fit her. We lost the receipt... but luckily they can look it up for what you bought it for and can give you a store credit. They cannot issue a refund though. That did not make sense to me because essentially they are looking at a receipt. I dunno but thats what happened for me.

    Perfect - Thanks!  I just want a pair of sandals that fit him better so store credit is great.
