Holy Meds!!!!!

Got all of my med's in the mail today.When i got home there were about 11 boxes at my front door.Its really starting to sink in and i feel so overwhelmed by everything.DH asked me if i was sure i wanted to move forward with this and i had to reassure him that no matter how happy,sad,angry & overwhelmed i get at times that this will all hopefully be worth it in the end. 

 

I know there are quite a few of us starting this cycle so i wanted to wish everyone so much luck & sticky baby dust... You girls are awesome :)

    Wow that is a lot of boxes! I hope this will be it for you and you will never have to order that many boxes of meds again!

    That is a ton of boxes! But it's a lot of packaging and syringes taking up space. I put away the meds I didn't need at the time being (ie Valium, vivelle patches, Ganarelix, etc so I wouldn't feel so overwhelmed. Take it day by day and good luck!

    I got mine from the RE's office and was very overwhelmed, and anxious. I agree that you should only have the stuff you'll need immediately out ....and stash the rest of the stuff for later in the cycle. It will help
    TTC since 2009 very frustrated 42yr and DH 40

    5 cycles of Clomid with satisfactory response=BFN's
    Fibroid removal Nov2010
    IUI Clomid #1 Feb 2011...BFN..damn it!
    IUI Inject's #2 Apr 2011...CANCELLED...low estradiol
    IUI Inject's #3 June 2011...BFN
    IUI Inject's #4 Sept2011...BFFN
    Lap Dec 2011...severe endo..cyst removed..some remains...
    IVF#1 Apr 2012 ....cancelled due to over suppression
    IVF#2 July 2012....6 follies...only 1 retrieved....BFFN
    surgery suggested to move ovary to an better placement but....we moved two time zones away and are financially and emotionally empty

    It's almost like Christmas, except with meds and not anything fun. Best of luck to you this cycle!

    wow, that's a lot of meds! GL to you. the syringes and stuff can be overwhelming but you have a good attitude!
