I got prenatal massages at Massage Envy and a salon after my first tri. I preferred pillows vs. the pregnancy support foam thing. You can call just about any place and ask if they do prenatal massages and ask how you'll be worked on.
I just got one at Make Your Day Massage in Uptown. It was wonderful!!! I would highly recommend it... I was 37 weeks and he still made it comfortable for me!
Phresh Salon/Spa in St Paul also offers prenatal massage. I've got one scheduled for there, but haven't had one before. Or any sort of massage, for that matter.
I had my first one done at 16 weeks and honestly didn't enjoy it. Ive had massages before, but i was not comfortable getting a massage on my side. This could've been just the person giving it, but I'll save my money. I did get a Euro Facial and LOVED it!
Re: Prenatal Massage?
I have gotten my prenatal massages from Meredyth Johnson at Blooma in Edina. She is wonderful and very attention to detail.
I have another appointment next week and cannot wait!
