I'mhe work lt onitt u wondering when and how your lo ever rolled over? Because j is always propped up he doesn't have a chance to lay flat and work on rolling. How did that work for you?
DD still has not rolled over yet awake. She has done it asleep in her crib and was the first one to roll but has not done it awake. And like you said, that has more to do with the fact that she is never able to lay on the ground like her brother. He has been rolling over for about 3 weeks. We have started to put DD on the ground and she has made great strides but we know we are taking some risks with her reflux.
I just keep telling myself that she will catch up. Recently she started wanting to sit up. That never happened before because of the stomach pain that she suffered as a result of the AR. I honestly expect to see her rolled over any day.

It really doesn't matter when they roll over. They all roll over eventually. Rolling isn't even one of the milestones they look at anymore because of all of the back sleeping has really slowed a lot of kids down.
I remember my kids would roll front to back, but more in an accidental pissed off I'm on my tummy way occasionally here and there. But neither of them rolled back to front til something pretty late like 7 months. and then they both just go up and crawled and walked fast. So rolling late didn't stop them in the motor skills area.
I should add that they never rolled for moving... like I said, theyu just got up and crawled then. They could both sit up (maybe not push themselves to sit up) and balance before they could roll consistently.
I'm trying to remember! It seemed like he was rolling by 5 months because we stopped swaddling him around that time. His reflux was SO bad that I hardly ever ever put him on his back but he must've worked it out somehow. I'm not so helpful here I guess. I do remember doing tummy time on his wedge, so he was at an angle.
I constantly worried about those milestones because he could never lay flat. At around 4 months I think, we started laying him flat for longer periods of time and before long he could lay flat forever and even started rolling over. Hopefully your little guys reflux isn't too bad and he can start laying flat soon!

No reflux specific advice, but I can tell you that babies are amazing at catching up in leaps and bounds. K was in a restrictive harness very early on and once out of it, she caught up on everything pretty quick. Now she's in the brace, but the little bit of free time she gets every day she spends catching up on crawling/standing/cruising. It is so stressful to worry about but a lot of people here gave me great advice - to remember that every kid has his or her own pace and they all pretty much catch up sooner or later.
