Do your OPKs progressively get darker?

Do your OPKs test lines get darker as you approach ovulation, or do they stay nonexistant or light until the day you  get your positive?  Just curious.

    Mine start light and get darker the closer I get to O.

    Yes this is what i'm doing, confirming with digitals, but sometimes it drives me bananas that the dye test looks positive, but the digital says negative.

    MIne get darker the closer to O I get. Whenever I think I see a positive, I confirm with a digital :)

    I only used the regular non digital last month and I like them better for that reason. I would rather see the darkening lines then an empty circle.

    Honestly, I never noticed this when using First Response OPKs, but this is my 2nd cycle using the Wondfo brand & I do notice it gets darker as I get closer to O with these ones.

    Hey everyone:)  I'm new to this site and new to TTC, just coming off of Yaz 2 months ago.  It's been an experience so far, needed provera to get my period which decided to not show up.  Now I'm sitting here hoping to ovulate and doing anything I can to make it work i.e bought OPK's (digital) and Pre seed.  My question is, when did you start testing with OPK's from your last period?  How about if you use clomid which may be my next step if it doesn't work naturally these first few months?  Any advice would be appreciated..thanksBig Smile
