Okay ladies I need help making a decision, I know this is horrible but I know I can't make it.
So this week is super busy for us, last night I had an NST at the hospital, then today I had my regular dr.'s appointment then my high risk Dr. appointment at the hospital, then Friday night I have my other NST at the hospital.
Our house has gotten so behind with things because we have been busy non-stop and I'm dying to do the stuff around the house.
So we finished our lamaze class and with that, you can take a bunch of other free classes. We have "Basic Infant Care" tonight- 7:00-9:30, then "breastfeeding" 5/12- 7:00-9:30 and then "Parents Night" 7:00-9:30 on 5/25th.
Here's the thing I want to reschedule the class tonight to May 23rd. I'm due to be induced June 3rd, and I know it's cutting it close, but we could even go sooner rather than the 3rd anyway, and I'm thinking if we do miss it that's not the end of the world, but I feel so guilty, like if I don't take this class my LO will not get the best care.
I know a little dramatic, but what should I do ladies, please help me out. What would you do???
Re: Should I reschedule or not? I need help ladies!
I think you should reschedule it for the 23rd. It actually seems better to take it then anyways, since the info will be fresh in your head. I know my DH totally forgot all that stuff by the time we had DD and we took it a few months before she was born.
ETA: Relax and enjoy your time together at home as much as you can. The RNs at the hospital will teach you basic infant care prior to discharge.
