LO & Car sick

Does anyone have a LO that gets car sick?  2nd time that DD threw up in the car after a 20min car ride with bumpy, hilly roads.  Any prevention for this??

    My LO gets car sick sometimes...infact he threw up in the car yesterday in stop and go traffic. I have noticed it is usually when he has had some sort of milk product before getting in the car. I have been told to avoid any sort of milk product if it is a long car ride.

    My LO gets car sick if she eats right before the ride, especially milk or yogurt.

    I just talked to a friend about her her nephew having this issue.  They actually faced him forward to stop the sickness, I don't know if your little one is rear or forward yet, but I guess that helped a lot for them.
