moroccan scott cannon (after mariah's favorite room in her house with moroccan decor & also the room where nick proposed--middle name is nick's)

I was expecting the girl to be named Mimi and that was stretching the bounds of decency... however that would have been 100000x's better than Monroe for the girl.

If I was her I would have used Monroe for the boy and Mimi for the girl.

I was excited to see this post as I've always been a big fan of Mariah.

I'm in the minority here but I think that these are pretty decent names. By celebrity standards I'd even say that they're normal. Compared to Apple, Bronx, Zuma and many more other horrible celebrity children names, I think that Moroccan and Monroe are great choices! Plus, there are no unnecessarily added y's or any other "unique" spelling twists.

I kind of like the name Monroe for a girl and it could definitely grow on me. I think Morocco would have better than Moroccan but I still don't think it's horrible. He could always go by Rocky, Rocco, or Scott. I think the name was chosen more so because it was the room that Nick proposed to Mariah in rather than because it was her favorite room, which is fitting since the twins were born on their anniversary! Definitely love all the thought they put into the names regardless. Just my opinion.
