I tried it using my wedding band and wrist (MH wants to try it with me lying down later). I'm definitely getting a circular motion over my wrist.

My sister did it with three of her kids and got the correct result each time. I'm sure it's just random how the ring swings but it's kind of fun.

Everyone who I ever heard of trying it said it was correct with them and I didn't try it with DD. Maybe I'll try that one with this LO.

Wedding band or engagement ring? I just tried it with my wedding band. I made sure not to read which motion was which sex and it swung in a circular motion! Can't wait to see if it's right!

We did the needle test. First my sister, before we went for her u/s. Went right back and forth, boy. And it was right! Then it was 2 weeks ago we did my cousin's wife and I. She went first, and it went in a circle - girl! And then I went, and it went back and forth - boy. It was weird, seeing how different it moved with the each of us. Not that I totally believe it, but it did make me wonder!

I just had one of the other girls in my office dangle my wedding band over my belly and it went back and forth.

Whats funny is our 2yr old niece whenever she comes over points to my belly and says "boy".

Guess we'll see in 6wks at my next ultrasound!

My friend's sister did that for me the other night...and then we looked up the Chinese gender predictor. So, my first is supposed to be a girl via the wedding ring test, and a boy via the Chinese gender predictor. One of them is going to be right!

So for fun, I just did it too. This test says boy for me, but the Chinese Predictor says girl. So we will have to see which one is right.

The Chinese Predictor says boy for me and the ring test says girl. I'm having two but they're identical so no real hope for one of each. Although that would be cool.

I usually don't believe OWT, but my sister just had her DD 2 weeks ago and she tried all the OWT and every single one said girl. Her BF really wanted a boy and he kept getting so annoyed when all the OWT said girl (of course he is wrapped around her little finger now).

This test said Boy and Chinese Gender said Boy but angle of the dangle points to a girl. I wish it was June 2nd so I could know already!

I guess I will have to try this with a needle. My rings are stuck on my finger and have been for almost 2 years! They still move but I can't get them over my knuckles. Ugh.
